Administration

Our Administration team manage all correspondence, legal and insurance medical reports, and patient accounts.

The Administration office is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

If you have a question for our Administration team, please contact (01) 286 0568.

Please phone us before presenting to the clinic on 01 2860568 you will be assessed and invited in if needed.

We are incredibly busy at this time, please have patience. For non-urgent queries you can email us on reception@carlton-clinic.ie 

Opening Hours

Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.00pm

Our phones lines open from 08:30 until 17:00 with closure at lunch from 12.00-14.00. Reception remains open for patient check in, collections and emergencies. Call 087 908 2813 if the phone lines are closed and you have an urgent medical requirement.

Occasionally for staff meetings we close the phone lines, when this happens there will be an emergency number to dial

Outside of clinic hours, from 6pm to 8am and at weekends please call EDoc  (01) 223 4500
EDoc will operate out of Loughlinstown, St Columcilles, please note this is not a walk in service, you must call first.

Please don't send text messages to the doctor on call as they cannot be received
